How to Submit a Ticket in the Admin Area for 3.9.x versions


To submit a ticket, go to the My Account drop-down menu and select Support.

Fill in the subject line and in the Message section, add a brief description of the issue along with any details you feel would be helpful for the support team to easily handle the issue.


Next, be sure to select the option for Grant access to admin area to allow us to access your admin area in order to resolve your issue. Then, click the Submit button.

If you don't know your password, click the 'Click here' link next to Lost your password?

Enter the email address attached to your account and click the Reset Password button.

Once you've reset the password and logged in, scroll down to your list of Licensed domains, and click any of the Email Support buttons.

Fill out the ticket form and click Submit.
