Note: You cannot have both Stamps.com and Endicia enabled at the same time. If you attempt to enable Endicia while Stamps.com is active, you will receive an error.


How to Set up an Account with Endicia

To set up an account with Endicia, follow these steps:

  1. Go to this link: Endicia Registration > Create your profile (If you don't have one) > click Continue.

  2. On the Sign-Up page, fill out the following:

        Then click Submit to complete your account setup.


How to Enable the Endicia App in Pinnaclecart

Have your Account ID and Passphrase ready for enabling the app in PinnacleCart.


        1. Go to Apps > App Center > click Endicia.

        2. Click Enable at the top right. Enter your Account ID and Passphrase provided by Endicia. You can opt to test it first by turning on the Test Mode trigger.
