American Express® Payment Gateway facilitates the payment process and securely reports the result to you and your customer. Here's how to enable this gateway within your Pinnacle Cart store.

How to Enable American Express Payment Gateway
- From your Admin Dashboard click on Settings from the left hand side menu.
- Click Payment Methods.
- Click Add Payment Method.
- Select American Express from the drop down list. For this article we used the one for United States.
- Enter the Merchant ID and Api Password provided by American Express then click Activate.
- Once done go back to the Payment Methods page and click Edit next to American Express to configure additional settings.
