You can use this quick tutorial to create a backup of your existing database records or restore a previously saved backup file from your dashboard.

Log in to your dashboard & select Settings > Advanced Settings > Backup / Restore.
Here you will see a list of all backup files available to restore from.
From here simply modify your desired settings & click Create Backup.
Note: Always do the Database separately, as doing this with all the other files will cause a timeout when trying to restore due to the size of what is being restored.
Typically you will want to select Core Application Files and Theme Files for the first one, after that you will do another back up for Images, Cache Files, Digital Product Files, then you can backup the Database. Doing these backups individually ensures the information is being backed up correctly.
