Designing your site is essential to making it profitable. The Cart Designer tool makes designing your site very simple. You can choose a theme, upload your logos, change your colors/fonts, and adjust your layout. This article will give you a basic overview of how to use the front-end designer.

How to change your site theme
- Click Front-End
- Click Manage Themes
- Use the scroll bar to take a look at the different templates available on your site.
- To activate the template, click on the Edit / Publish button.
How to edit your theme
Go to Front-End> Manage Theme> Edit Theme. The Cart Designer has different design features that you can edit according to your preference.
- Typography - This is where you can edit the font styles, sizes, and colors for the text elements on your site.
- Common colors - this is where you can change the color of various elements such as the site background, text color of various elements, and the colors for various buttons that are not based on images.
- Site Top settings - this is where you can edit the various elements of the top of the site, also known as the header. You can change how the navigation menu looks, from its color to its size. You can upload, edit, or change your site logo.
- Site Content Settings - This is where you can edit the contents of your site including the Home Page, Panels, and Ads.
- Site Footer settings - this is where you can edit the footer and how its navigation menu's appearance.
- Slider/ Home Page Main Slider settings - this is where you can upload images for the slider. You can edit the settings of each image, such as text caption, the link to where it will be redirected if someone clicks it, and its justification (position on the page).
- Catalog settings - this is where you can edit various elements of the category pages such as the default image used when you have not uploaded a category image or the manufacturer logo. You can also upload other elements, such as the badge that shows whether the product is special, on sale/hot item/out of stock. You can also change the color or the text for the sale price and the regular price of any products listed on this page.
- Checkout - This is where you can edit the items on your Checkout page including the credit card help image and check help image.
- Newsletter form settings - this is where you can edit the elements for the newsletter subscription section. You can also edit the background image and text color.
- Revisions - this is where you go to control whether to publish a current revision you have been working on, create a copy of an existing revision in order to make changes, and publish these changes.
- File manager - this is where you can upload, view, and remove specific elements on your site such as images and templates.
How to preview your site in mobile or desktop view
You may look at your site in either desktop or mobile view by clicking on their corresponding buttons on the top left corner of the designer. To open the mobile view, on the phone icon as shown below.
To return to desktop view, click the monitor icon as shown below.
Note: If you wish to look at your site from a visitor's perspective, click on Preview Current Revision at the top-right corner of your cart.
