On the off chance that you rely on the phone numbers of your customers and utilize PayPal Express, you may have seen that the addresses on PinnacleCart arrange subtle elements on the order page. And for the most part, it doesn't contain contact numbers.
Enabling Phone Numbers as Requirement for PayPal Express Checkout
PayPal Express does not automatically store the telephone number of your customers. You need to do this manually on your PayPal account.
2. Under Selling online, go to "Website preferences" and click Update.
3. Scroll down to find the section Contact Telephone Number. Then, choose your preferred option:
- Selecting On (Optional Field) will add the telephone number field on checkout, but is not required to be filled in.
- Selecting On (Required Field) will compel each customer to enter their contact number.
