How to edit an order after it’s been placed

If you ever find yourself having to edit an order as a customer may have not used a Promo Code you provided them, or for another reason, this article will show you how to edit the order.

How to edit an Order in the Admin

Note: You're only able to do this in the Cart Versions listed above, if you don't have these versions you will have to get custom work done in order to have this ability. 

Click Orders > search for and select the order > Click Edit.

You can change the price and quantity of products on the order. After making the change, click Save.

After you click Save, you will see the total price of the order has been updated.

You can also set the quantity to 0 to remove the product from an order.
