Enabling Third-Party cookies in your browser

Cookies are pieces of data stored by browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) that websites use to remember a web browser request. They allow features like Registering/Logging in to work.

To make sure that your browser is configured to accept cookies for your site, your browser must be configured to accept third-party cookies.

Please follow the browser-specific instructions below to enable third-party cookies:

Google Chrome

1. Click the menu icon in the upper right side of the browser window.

2. Click Settings.

3. Click Show advanced settings...

4. Click Content settings...

5. Ensure the option Allow local data to be set (recommended) is selected.


Mozilla Firefox

1. Click the menu icon.

2. Open the Options window.

  • For Windows users, click Options.
  • For Mac OS users, click Preferences...

3. Click the Privacy panel.

4. In the History section, select Firefox will: Remember history.


Safari Browser

1. Click Safari in the menu bar.

2. Click Preferences...

3. Click the Privacy panel.

4. *For the option Cookies and website data, select Always allow.


Microsoft Edge

1. Open the Microsoft Edge.
2. Click on the More actions button on the toolbar, and select Settings.
3. Search for View advanced settings and click on it
4. Under Cookies section, select to either Don't block cookies (default), Block only third party cookies.
5. Restart Edge


Internet Explorer 9.0 - 11.0

1. Select the gear in the upper-right corner of the screen, then select “Internet Options“.
If you have the Menu Bar enabled, you can select “Tools“ > “Internet Options“.
2. Click the “Privacy” tab.
Select the “Advanced” button.
Under “First-party Cookies” and “Third-party Cookies“, choose one of the following:
Accept – To automatically accept cookies.
Block – To automatically block cookies.
Prompt – To prompt with each cookie request.
You can also check “Always allow session cookies” if desired. Select “OK” when done.
Select the “Sites” button if you wish to set options for specific websites. Under this section, type the website in the “Address of website” field, then select to “Block” or “Allow” cookies on that website. Click “OK” when you are done.
6. Click “OK” and you have successfully set your cookie settings in IE11.
